Actually, it's Friday afternoon.
   

Buck had been out with the mares for about a month and had gotten himself pretty filthy living as a range horse.  Since there is no "running" water down at Big Bottom and the wild mustang adoption was going on at the fairgrounds, Buck ended up at a friends house, in town, for a bath.

   
There aren't usually horses in this neighborhood, so everyone had to come by to see him.  Penny &  Joni get Buck all bathed and re-braided. 

 

All fluffed and buffed and ready to go back to the mares.  But before going back, Buck had to stop off at the Wheeler's place and show off to Virginia and PeeWee. 

   

Are we back yet???  I think I can see my mares.
